Software Project Manager
Purpose of Role:
In charge of SW development and verification
Responsible for project planning, managing, leading project members and insuring the quality of deliverables for the product programs
Responsible for:
Team Leader and liaison to all parties related to maintain positive working relationships
Ensure all customer requirements are clearly identified in the software specification requirement
Report any issues immediately that will hinder the ability of the team to meet delivery dates along with recommended solutions to rectify the problem
Understand communicate and help resolve technical challenges internally as well as externally
Definition and management of technical and architectural aspects issues on project, include technical decision and quality projects
Defines development activities, estimates and schedule on specific projects
Leading design and development activities within project
Manages and delegates project activities against development schedule
Manage and mentoring resources on technical concepts for project functionality
Enforcement and assists in definition of standards, guidelines and processes on project
Specific knowledge/experience:
At least 4 years software development or verification experience and 2-4 years as a project manager
Full Project Lifecycle experience
Excellent problem solving and risk management skills
Ability to work within strict deadlines and quality guidelines
Object oriented programming skills
Knowledge of database
Understanding on software engineering process/procedure and CMM/CMMI philosophy
Specification & Software architecture skills are pluses
Software Developers (Java, PHP)
Responsible for:
Development of customer specific applications (both standalone and web based)
Database creation and maintenance
Specific knowledge/experience:
Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: JAVA, PHP
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 environment
Understanding of the use of databases
Understanding of XML
Experience in building standalone applications as well as web based applications
Software Developers (Java, Perl)
Responsible for:
Software development, including design, coding, testing and documentation, based on requirements expressed by the CTO and PM
Providing support / bug fixing on the software previously developed
Report any issues immediately that will hinder the ability of the team to meet delivery dates along with recommended solutions to rectify the problem
Communicate and help resolve technical challenges internally as well as externally
Specific knowledge/experience:
Knowledge of the following programming languages: Java, Perl
Knowledge of one or more of the following OS: Linux, Unix
Understanding of the use of databases
Understanding of XML
Experience with Eclipse and RCP (Rich Client Platform)
Experience in building standalone applications as well as web based applications
Understanding on software engineering process and CMM/CMMI philosophy is a plus
Specification & Software architecture skills are pluses
At least 3 years software development experience
At least 2 years experience in Perl
Software Engineer (VB, C#, .Net)
Responsible for:
Development of customer specific applications (both standalone and web based)
Database creation and maintenance
Specific knowledge/experience:
Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: VB, C#, .Net
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 environment
Understanding of the use of databases
Understanding of XML
Experience in building standalone applications as well as web based applications
Software Engineer(s) Java/RCP in Eclipse
Responsible for:
Development of customer specific high-end applications (both standalone and web based).
Specific knowledge/experience:
Knowledge of one or more of the following programming language: JAVA/RCP in Eclipse;
Understanding of the use of databases;
Understanding of XML;
Experience in building standalone applications as well as web based applications.
Experience with RCP (Rich Client Platform) is preferred
System Administrator
Responsible for:
Provide support for all desktop and laptop computers
Responsible for the overall LAN/ WAN set-up issue
Desktop and Laptop installation maintenance and anti-virus
Provide quick service for the company and for any uncertain IT matters
Specific knowledge/experience:
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN
Good problem solving skills and logical thinking
Good knowledge of windows
At least one (1) year or above experience of Desktop support
